Prior to joining Gamma in 2016, he spent 10 years at TalkTalk, where he helped establish the company’s industry engagement team and represented the business across a range of telecoms and policy forums. Lee currently represents Gamma on the councils of the Internet Services Providers' Association and the Digital Policy Alliance. Before telecoms, he spent 15 years in systems design and development across Southern Africa, working with clients in the legal and financial sectors.

Keith is a telecommunications attorney and robocall policy expert with over two decades of experience, focusing on global regulatory recognition of threats to legal communications posed by illegal robocalls and texting. He led STIR/SHAKEN regulatory policy at a global carrier and was a robocall policy expert at two US wireless carriers.

UK based Industry Veteran of 40 years from selling first mobile in 1980’s, installing premises based PBX system in the 1990’s and purchasing Broadsoft switch in 2000’s have seen firsthand the evolving and growing multibillion $ industry that we operate in today.
