The significant advancement that Enreach UP 2.0 brings puts customer interaction, productivity, and user experience at its heart, offering service providers a sovereign, sustainable, and value-added solution. Enhancements include WhatsApp with intelligent ACD queueing, new analytics, extensive cloud, CRM and other integrations, a new API portal, plus improvements to the administration portal and wallboard.

Enreach UP 2.0: an enhanced and optimised version built around three strategic pillars to strengthen operators' value proposition.

1. Enhanced customer interactions

Support for  WhatsApp with intelligent ACD queue management means that  businesses can interact with their customers via this increasingly popular communication channel, for example to support  customer service, ensuring smooth and personalised communication. In turn, this enhances customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty, while also boosting operational efficiency through automation and real-time responses.

New off-the-shelves cloud integrations with leading CRMs and vertical market applications are also available, allowing Enreach UP to connect with over 200 third-party solutions. These CRM integrations enable features such as automatic caller identification and the display of personalised customer records, resulting in time savings and improved efficiency.

2. Increased productivity thanks to openness and automation

With its new API developer portal (covering provisioning, CTI and other features), Enreach UP 2.0 allows the creation of customised services, and integrates with third-party environments, enabling operators to generate value and stand out from the competition.

Direct synchronisation with Microsoft Teams and Azure AD enhances team agility and improves presence management. Presence status can also be easily synchronised with Microsoft Teams and accessed directly from the UpDesktopClient application.

The new myCallAnalytics module offers an enriched interface with detailed statistics and near real-time reporting, giving users greater control over their communications usage.

3. An optimised and intuitive user experience

myTelephony administration portal has been redesigned to offer a simplified and intuitive user experience, for operators, resellers, and end customers alike. Workflows are more user-friendly, searches are more efficient. In addition, the interface is more ergonomic and customisable, with quick access to key features.

The new ACD Wallboard provides real-time display of key performance indicators (KPIs) and agent activity statistics, allowing supervisors to manage operations more precisely and respond faster. This dynamic interface supports operational monitoring, resource optimisation, and continuous service quality improvement.

The intelligent Text-to-Speech feature has also been enhanced, enabling the automatic generation of professional voice messages that meet enterprise telephony standards, without the need for manual or studio recordings.
