Masergy Launches Channel‐Focused Mid‐Market Cloud Communications Solutions via Broadcore, Masergy & Broadcore Partners Can Now Provide Enterprise‐Quality Hosted UC Designed to Meet the Needs of Mid‐Market Companies
DALLAS – Feb. 26, 2013 – Channel partners can now expand their product and services arsenals for mid‐market companies with Broadcore Connect, a cloud communications offering from Broadcore, a Masergy wholly owned subsidiary. Broadcore Connect delivers enterprise‐grade voice, video, messaging, conferencing and mobility solutions with bundled connectivity options and standard integration to domestic mid‐market companies with 50 to 500 users. The solution complements Masergy’s Global Cloud Communications (GCC) offering that is provided through the Masergy channel to global enterprises with 500 or more users, and allows for more customized deployments.
“Broadcore Connect empowers partners with a mid‐market solution that includes bundled network services, self‐automated quoting portal tools, competitive partner compensation and enterprise‐grade features – thus opening the door to greater sales opportunities and success,” said Chris MacFarland, CEO at Masergy. “The solution combines the power of the Masergy network with fully integrated cloud communications solutions from Broadcore to form a superior offering for today’s mid‐market companies.”
Monty Ferdowsi, senior vice president of cloud communications at Broadcore, adds, “Broadcore Connect helps companies transform traditional voice systems into strategic business tools, and also helps businesses create a simplified migration path from legacy PBX voice systems to a cloud‐based unified communications (UC) environment, using a flexible mix of Hosted UC, Intelligent SIP Trunking and hybrid solutions.” Customers can choose to pair Broadcore Connect with a fully integrated bundle of Masergy network solutions, or they can use a third‐party broadband provider. The solution also includes lifetime warranties on all hardware, as well as lifetime training and support through Broadcore.
