Qianhai, Shenzhen - July 23, 2025 - Today, at a signing ceremony held at the Qianhai Dream Factory in Shenzhen, Hony Capital, Vengine, and VTech Communications Limited officially announced their strategic partnership. The three parties aim to collaboratively develop an ecosystem for embodied intelligence and robotic hardware innovation. This powerful alliance marks a significant step forward for the Greater Bay Area in the integration of artificial intelligence and smart manufacturing.

Resource Integration to Build a Complete Industrial Ecosystem

According to the agreement, the three parties will leverage their respective strengths to form a complete closed loop of “capital + technology + manufacturing”. Vengine, as the first innovation hub for embodied intelligence hardware in the Greater Bay Area, will provide comprehensive support for resident companies in technology conversion, product development, market expansion, and investment management, leveraging its expert team and ecosystem resources. Hony Capital, as the fund manager of the Qianhai Dream Factory, will focus on supporting innovative projects in the embodied intelligence sector and will open its resource network to provide comprehensive capital services to investee companies.

Industry Empowerment to Accelerate Technology Commercialization

VTech will contribute its resources from its R&D and New Product Introduction (NPI) center in Shenzhen, as well as its advanced manufacturing base in Dongguan, to offer a full range of services from design refinement to mass production.
