SYNNEX Canada Officially Launches CLOUDSolv and SERVICESolv Services Platforms for the Canadian IT Channel

April 14, 2014 – Orlando, FL from Varnex Spring Conference – SYNNEX Canada Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation, a leading distributor of IT products and services, announced it officially launched two major service platforms from its “Solv” methodology in Canada as a part of its strategy to align North American resources and to respond to customer demand for two successful US service platforms.  CLOUDSolv, SYNNEX’s cloud marketplace, and SERVICESolv, its technical services group, are now available for SYNNEX Canadian resellers to offer complete solutions to their end users.
CLOUDSolv is SYNNEX’s answer to the channel’s need for a comprehensive marketplace for selling cloud solutions. The CLOUDSolv Solutions Marketplace showcases viable cloud technology solutions and supporting vendors offering a comprehensive cloud portfolio.  The CLOUDSolv Marketplace enables resellers to promote cloud services directly to their clientele, automate provisioning and billing, and provide consolidated invoicing. CLOUDSolv in Canada launched with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams. SYNNEX is adding the following solutions in the near future: Carbonite, Google Chrome Management Console, and Hardware-as-a-Service.
SYNNEX SERVICESolv enables resellers to pursue and win service-based opportunities by filling in capability gaps with a robust portfolio of technical services.  The SERVICESolv team supports Canadian resellers with pre-sale technical support for configuration validations, generally delivering a two-hour service level commitment and returning configurations over 90 percent of the time within that SLA.  Varnex Canada members receive prioritized response generally with a 96 percent SLA response time.  Additionally, SYNNEX offers professional services across all provinces in Canada with on-site implementation through a team of highly experienced SYNNEX engineers and select service-only partners with pre-vetted proficiencies.
