Kimminau will oversee technical and customer support and implement project management strategies that align with overall company growth strategies. Kimminau’s experience in the field of operations management, coupled with her expertise in service delivery, provides SimpleSignal with an increased level of operational effectiveness that is critical in the cloud communications industry.

Kimminau joins SimpleSignal with over 13 years of experience in technical operations, service delivery and customer care in the telecommunications and software industries. Prior to joining the SimpleSignal team, Judy was an executive in support services for leading 911 service and security software providers, providing project management and training, while directing teams in domestic and international locations.
“A passion for providing strong customer service has been the driving force behind my various roles strengthening service delivery within multi-team environments from support to provisioning to project management,” said Kimminau when asked about her move. “I look forward to being part of such an innovative, strong team and utilizing my skills to build out consistent processes for implementation and post-implementation support.”
Kimminau is a Certified Project Management Professional with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado and a technical certificate from Denver University. She has also successfully completed the Six Sigma Green Belt program at Villanova University.
