MONTREAL - January 18, 2023 - VoIP.ms, a leading North American communication platform delivering voice and text internet-phone solutions, announced today, that effective immediately it will also start offering all of its services also in Spanish. The Canadian-founded company already provided services in English and French. Since January 16 th, the main website, customer portal, and customer support chat have been available in all three languages. According to David Rouleau, Chief Executive Officer, the change presents a significant milestone for the company, its staff, and customers for several reasons. "Our objective is to reach more customers in the Americas and adding Spanish to our repertoire was a logical step to be taken. In addition, we pride ourselves in having staff spread across North America, namely in Canada, United States., and Mexico. Adding Spanish is a way to take advantage of our high-performing multilingual customer support team." He added, "Even though in this day and age, almost everyone can set up their VoIP services in English, it's always good to have the comfort of choosing your home language when interacting with companies. We want to be closer to our customers and continue to be more known in Latin America. VoIP.ms' roots traced back to Quebec in 2007, and in the latest years, the growing number of Latin users and service demand in LATAM countries guided our decision to offer our service in a new language."
