The Akixi Call Center Reporting for Teams solution addresses the business needs, but at a price point which is a fraction of a full-blown contact center.
The solution includes the ability to present real-time data which is important for rapid reaction to missed customer enquiries. Akixi Call Center Reporting is based in the Extend Contact Center Model from Microsoft alongside taking data feeds from a Teams certified SBC. The solution is compatible with Direct Routing, Operator Connect and Teams Phone Mobile services from Microsoft certified operator partners.
