In 2022, Red Oxygen sent more text messages per month than in any other year since its founding. The company also continued to serve industries such as retail, banking, education and healthcare while expanding its reach in industries including pest control, circuit courts and accounting/tax.
In May, Red Oxygen and Residential Management Systems (RMS) solidified a partnership that enables Red Oxygen’s SMS solutions to be recommended by RMS through its Mercury products, which enable university and college housing and residential staff to deliver customized content to students and housing teams. In June, Red Oxygen was accepted into the Twilio (NYSE: TWLO) Build program as a Silver Level Technology Partner. The program distinguishes independent software vendors (ISV) including companies that are successfully embedding Twilio communications into their platforms or applications. In August, Red Oxygen joined the Cloud Communications Alliance, an executive forum for forward- thinking cloud leaders. The alliance works to move the industry forward by supporting and educating businesses on the best ways to build, sell and scale their enterprise communications systems, to collaborate on meaningful industry challenges and opportunities.
