Silicon Valley Comes to the UK selects NewVoiceMedia as high growth company to watch

LONDON, 7 November 2013 – Leading cloud contact centre vendor NewVoiceMedia has secured a position in the Silicon Valley Comes to the UK (SVC2UK) 100 Club. The list, announced today, has been compiled by a panel of entrepreneurs and investors, and names fewer than 60 businesses that are expected to scale to £100m revenue in the next three to five years. Founded by Sherry Coutu, Reid Hoffman and Ellen Levy in 2006, SVC2UK is a not-for-profit programme, bringing Silicon Valley entrepreneurs to the UK, with the aim of exploring and encouraging local entrepreneurship. NewVoiceMedia’s CEO Jonathan Gale will receive exclusive one-on-one mentoring from serial entrepreneurs and investors at the CEO Summit, taking place today at City Hall, London. NewVoiceMedia is growing at more than twice the rate of the rapidly expanding cloud contact centre market and has doubled its number of staff over the last year to meet increased demand for its technology. Based in the UK, the company recently opened its headquarters for North America in San Francisco, to strengthen the business’s presence in the region where its solutions are already widely used. Gale comments, “To be selected from 1,000 businesses to be part of this initiative, is a fantastic achievement and a great privilege. 2013 has been another year of impressive growth for NewVoiceMedia as we continue to drive innovation that is revolutionising the contact centre industry and further increase international adoption of our solutions. “We are growing significantly ahead of the market and our competition, which is helping us attract the very best people who share our vision of using cloud technology to enhance the customer experience in today’s contact centres”. NewVoiceMedia’s market-leading solutions are instantly deployable and provide unique and patented routing capabilities, enabling businesses of all sizes to deliver a personalised and unique customer experience, quickly and securely.
