BroadSource EMU platform accelerates the rollout of new device firmware for Cloud UC Service Providers, Podcast

Recently BroadSource announced that its EMU platform would accelerate the rollout of new device firmware for the providers. In this podcast, Haydn Faltyn, CEO of BroadSource and Michael Gliana, CTO of BroadSource discuss these developments. We learn how the migration of workers to remote models and the heightened use of a myriad of devices creates challenges to the providers that BroadSource is working to match. Faltyn describes the challenge as a, “multiplier effect” which can create expensive responses from the providers without a mitigating solution. “We decided to solve what was thought to be an unsolvable problem,” says Faltyn, of a corporate direction taken nearly two years ago.
