Reply Cloud offers service assurance platform, to be seen at Cloud Connections, Podcast

“Most of the customer base is coming to you over the open Internet or, in some cases, dedicated Internet, that, in addition to the fact that you don't have visibility on the customer's LAN routinely, causes issues,” says Paul Buss, of Reply Cloud. “What we try to solve is reducing the amount of time that a provider is spending in answering performance questions about LANs and firewalls. and wide area networks and other ISPs that the customer's chosen to reach you through as a channel and bring that to light.”

Reply Cloud is a service assurance platform, a member of the Cloud Communications Alliance and an exhibitor at the upcoming Cloud Connections Conference. Buss tells us how Reply Cloud partner with companies, such as the CCA members in a very seamless way, and with white label programs.

In this podcast, Buss offers a real-world example, with slides, of Reply Cloud in action.
