Sooner or later, cloud companies turn to J-Curve

According to Jared Hamm, it’s often a matter of when and not if, that a company will turn to J-Curve. Selling cloud managed services is expensive and challenging, but the larger challenge can occur right after the sale when the delivery of services to the customer is impaired by poor processes and other challenges. J-Curve offers Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, fraud and NOC services, ticket monitoring, CRM design and implementation, consulting, development work, application design, process, procedure and workflow development, retention and credits, account administration, product activation and provisioning.
In this podcast we discuss J-Curve’s bench of products and services, and how they help J-Curve’s client’s meet customer expectations.
