GLOBALINX Awarded Contact Center of the Year Honor

globalinx-logoRochester, NY (March 5, 2014) – In a combined effort with parent company 5LINX, GLOBALINX has earned recognition as one of the best contact centers in the world. Nominated last year for Contact Center of the Year, GLOBALINX, combined with parent company 5LINX, took home the Silver Stevie Award in 2013, falling just short as a finalist for the gold award. The Stevie Awards, which accept entries from organizations and individuals worldwide, once again selected GLOBALINX as a finalist for 2014. This year however, judges found GLOBALINX deserving of the Stevie Award’s highest honor, earning the company a Gold Stevie Award for it’s efforts over the past year. A landmark year for improving the experience of the company’s customers, GLOBALINX implemented a “White Glove Service” initiative to help bring the highest level of quality to each customer interaction and create an experience for customers unmatched in the telecommunications industry. By consistently monitoring calls for training and development of the company’s support team, management and supervisors were able to provide regular instruction to help create an exemplary support team. Mike Cannova, Vice President of Customer Experience and Operations added “This recognition is a fantastic testament to all of the hard work and dedication of our contact center agents and leaders. Our team takes great pride in providing exceptional customer experiences on each and every Interaction and truly deserves this award. We are very proud of this accomplishment.” FMore at www.globalinx.com.
