We combine the 10 years of experience in telecommunications of our parent company Voiceworks with our cloud software expertise. Our click-to-dial product is the example of this combination as it is perceived as a telco functionality but deployed on a software service. The product is customizable to the look and feel of the customer and it can be adapted to any communication needs. The IVR functionality is already available and on demand features such as video, chat and screen sharing could be integrated into the dial solution.
