Cloud Communications at a Crossroads

Cloud Communications at a Crossroads, is the event’s theme.

With the new year, and a new economic situation, the CCA is offering an event focused on ideas for cloud communications companies to reload and reinvent. Peterson describes Cloud Connections 2023 as the largest event in CCA history. A CPaaS Showcase will be a headline feature of the conference.

“The idea here is to really take the theory out of it (CPaaS) and to take it into a commercially viable conversation,” says Kevin Nethercott. “We’ll be able to show things that are in service, services that people are buying and using.” Nethercott outlines how the CPaaS Showcase, featuring a competition between available solutions will enable MSPs and CSPs to reimagine their businesses. CPaaS has emerged as the center of new opportunities and possibilities, especially in now critical areas such as creating great customer experiences.
