IntelePeer Introduces Channel Partner Advisory Council

Leading CPaaS provider spearheads collaborative effort to align product, program and marketing strategy and initiatives with customer needs

IntelePeer, a leading Communications Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS) provider, bolsters its channel engagement strategy with the launch of its Channel Partner Advisory Council. Comprised of a cross-section of business and channel partner types, each with unique customer knowledge, the Council includes value added resellers (VARs), master agents, agents and system integrators across a range of industries including healthcare, workforce technology, cloud computing, contact center, cybersecurity and telecommunications. Through bi-directional engagement, the Channel Partner Advisory Council will discuss market trends, customer insights, product development and marketing, sales engagement, and market forecasts. The open and cooperative conversation of the forum will ensure IntelePeer’s product, program and marketing strategy and initiatives align with customer and channel partner needs. The inaugural membership group includes executives from some of the world’s leading channel partners. “With the launch of our Channel Partner Advisory Council, IntelePeer is doubling down on embracing our channel partner community,” said Brent Earlewine, Senior Vice President of Indirect Channels, IntelePeer. “By asking our channel partners to act as a sounding board, we’ll secure actionable feedback and validation for our go-to-market strategies.
