ACQUISITION OF SUNGARD AVAILABILITY SERVICES DATA CENTRES

July 19, 2022 - Redcentric has confirmed the acquisition of the business and assets relating to the operation of three data centres from Sungard Availability Services (UK), Hounslow, Woking and Elland, alongside the consultancy and cloud practice of Sungard AS and the separate acquisition of 4D Data Centres Ltd.
