Media Routes a provider of enterprise communications systems to offer a comprehensive, cloud based Enterprise Communications Suite (ECS).
Realizing that enterprises are asking for more than basic IP-PBX, ECS includes a broad range of enterprise communications applications that include IP-PBX, Enterprise IVR and messaging based campaign management, fixed mobile convergence and conferencing among others.
ECS is an all IP solution built from the ground up to be multi-tenant and bundles a programmable Service Delivery Engine (SDE) which enables CSPs to roll out new services or enhance existing services on their own using simple JavaScript programming. CSPs therefore, do not have to wait for realization of new business use cases, features and requirements demanded by their Enterprise customers for new software releases with long turn-around times.
The full solution from AdvOSS includes a policy enforcing session border controller, converged billing, online charging and Interconnect billing to be a complete solution for any CSP. It thus enables a CSP to deliver, manage and charge a broad range of communications services on Subscription, Usage or any complex combination of these.
The solution is available for licensing under a Cloud Hosting Licensing Agreement (CHLA) that is in-line with the latest trends in cloud based licensing models similar to Microsoft Service Provider Licensing Agreement (SPLA). Under the terms of this license, service providers get the full suite without a capex and only pay based on the actual usage of their customers in the previous month.
