Akixi Launches CX Suite

Akixi has today launched CX Suite, a unified customer experience platform that brings together call analytics, call recording, CRM integration and a new AI-powered call scoring capability in a single interface for the first time. For service providers, it means one vendor, one contract and one platform to sell, support and scale, with their customers getting a single, seamless experience across every interaction.

Market Context

Voice data has long been treated as exhaust, recorded, stored and largely ignored. As AI reshapes customer experience, that data is becoming the fuel for it instead. For service providers competing in an increasingly commoditised UCaaS market, where it gets harder to differentiate on the platform alone, that data is one of the few assets they already own but rarely use. CX Suite comprises four specialist products. CX Analytics delivers real-time and historical reporting and wallboards. CX Score applies AI-powered sentiment analysis and call scoring to 100% of calls, giving managers coaching evidence grounded in data. CX Record provides cloud call recording with full search, replay and 90-day secure storage. CX Integration connects the platform to 300+ CRM and business systems with screen pop and automatic activity logging.

Built for the Channel

Akixi sells exclusively through service providers and MSPs, never direct to end customers.
