Alert: FCC removes Digital Solutions from the RMD

The FCC Order Providers to Block Traffic from Digital Solutions

On October 5, 2026, the FCC released an order to remove Digital Solutions, Inc. from the Robocall Mitigation Database and directing all voice service providers to block and stop accepting traffic from the company. All voice service providers and intermediate providers must stop directly accepting the company’s traffic with two business days of the release of the Order, which is October 7, 2026. The order also, somewhat confusingly, also requires “voice service providers immediately downstream of Digital Solutions to block and cease accepting all traffic from Digital Solutions beginning 30 calendar days after the release of this Final Determination Order.” To resolve any confusion, voice providers should consult with their counsel.
