July 23, 2020 - Benno Guggenheimer commented on design patent trends and the recent uptick in design patent infringement for the Denver Business Journal. Design patents aren’t a replacement for the more common utility patents, though, said Benno Guggenheimer, an attorney at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Denver office.
