July 23, 2020 - Benno Guggenheimer commented on design patent trends and the recent uptick in design patent infringement for the Denver Business Journal. Design patents aren’t a replacement for the more common utility patents, though, said Benno Guggenheimer, an attorney at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Denver office. He said within the last few years, he’s seen his clients increasingly apply for utility patents to protect their inventions on e-commerce platforms. Click here to read the entire article.
