BroadSoft Announces Investor Day and Participation in Two Investor Conferences in December

GAITHERSBURG, Md., Nov. 17, 2016 -- BroadSoft, Inc. (NASDAQ:BSFT), today announced it will host an investor day on Monday, December 5, 2016 and that Jim Tholen, its Chief Financial Officer, will participate in two investor conferences in December.

On December 5 th, 2016, BroadSoft will host an investor day in New York City.  The meeting is open to interested investors and analysts.  Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and members of BroadSoft’s executive management team will make a series of presentations beginning at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time.  Space for the event is limited.  Institutional investors and analysts interested in attending in person should register at http://investors.broadsoft.com/events.cfm as soon as possible. On December 6 th, 2016, BroadSoft will participate in the Raymond James Technology Investors Conference in New York, with a presentation by Mr. Tholen at 9:35 a.m. E.T. On December 8 th, 2016, BroadSoft will participate in the Barclays Global Technology, Media and Telecommunications Conference in San Francisco, with a presentation by Mr. Tholen at 11:30 a.m. P.T. A live audio webcast of all three events will be available on BroadSoft's website at: http://investors.broadsoft.com/events.cfm. The webcasts will remain posted on BroadSoft's website for 90 days from the presentation date.
