Brownstein Attorneys Selected to Southern California Super Lawyers List

On an annual, state-by-state basis, Super Lawyers uses peer nominations and evaluations alongside third-party research to select its candidates. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Amerikaner, who was recognized for  Land Use & Zoning, focuses on California’s Central Coast and represents property owners and businesses seeking development permits and other governmental approvals. He regularly counsels developers, public agencies, businesses and homeowners, including coastal property owners, on land development issues such as securing land use permits (including coastal permits and major general plan and zoning amendments). De Felice was recognized in the Environmental category. With more than 25 years of experience, her proficiency helps developers, investors, cities and other private sector clients navigate public agencies’ administrative processes to streamline land use and planning. She has industry-leading experience with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Subdivision Map Act as well as the Coastal Act.
