Brownstein Names Erin Eiselein and Emily Felder Co-Chairs of Health Care Group

March 18, 2021 - Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Shareholders Erin Eiselein and Emily Felder have been named co-chairs of the firm’s Health Care Group. “Both Erin and Emily have extensive experience in the health care industry as well as a deep understanding of its unique regulatory and legislative landscape,” said Rich Benenson, the firm’s managing partner. “We know our clients will benefit from their valuable expertise and guidance.” Eiselein is based in the firm’s Denver office and counsels clients on a wide variety of issues facing the health care industry. Representing hospital systems, medical groups, practitioners and community health organizations, Eiselein has a unique understanding of both the law and the constantly evolving regulatory, political and business issues impacting health care providers. She has extensive complex commercial litigation experience representing health care clients in cases involving contract and tort law, antitrust, consumer protection, the False Claims Act (FCA), misappropriation of trade secrets, managed care disputes, employment and real estate matters. Felder, who is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office, has tackled some of the nation’s most challenging health care issues from inside the executive branch and on Capitol Hill. She provides clients across the industry with strategic guidance, technical expertise and regulatory counsel. She develops and executes legislative and regulatory solutions on behalf of health care systems, physician and provider groups, hospitals and nonprofit organizations, and works directly with policymakers to carry proposed solutions across the finish line. Brownstein’s Health Care Group works with providers, plans, bioscience and pharmaceutical companies, and medical device and supply companies in a variety of areas, including government relations and lobbying, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, government investigations, employment, transactions and intellectual property.
