Brownstein Recognized as a 2025 Central Coast Best Place to Work by Pacific Coast Business Times

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Santa Barbara office has been honored as one of the 2025 Central Coast Best Places to Work by the Pacific Coast Business Times. This distinction highlights top employers across Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties.

Brownstein’s recognition was based on an employee-driven survey evaluating workplace culture, benefits, environment, and community engagement. Among nearly 100 companies and more than 1,400 nominations, Brownstein ranked 33rd on the list of 50 honored workplaces.

A corresponding article in the Best Places to Work feature highlighted Brownstein’s dedication to making a meaningful impact, emphasizing its deep commitment to community engagement.

“It’s not just about real estate and regulatory expertise, though they have that in spades,” the article noted. “It’s about stepping into the most pressing issues facing their community and showing up, not only in courtrooms, but in council chambers, classrooms, gardens and transitional housing villages.”

Brownstein joined fellow honorees in celebrating this achievement at a special event on June 12. To see the full list of recipients, click here.
