Brownstein Welcomes Patrick Etchebehere to its Corporate & Business Department

June 16, 2021 - Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Patrick M. Etchebehere has joined the firm as of counsel in the Santa Barbara office. Etchebehere, joining the firm’s Corporate & Business Department, focuses his practice on trusts and estates. He creates tailored estate plans, structures entity formations and transactions, and helps clients formulate private foundations. Prior to Brownstein, Etchebehere founded an estate planning practice, Etchebehere Law Group, in the San Francisco Bay Area. He also served as an associate attorney at Avansino, Melarkey, Knobel, Mulligan & McKenzie in Reno, Nevada. “Patrick is a great addition to our growing trusts and estates team. His expertise further strengthens our ability to provide innovative estate planning solutions,” said Greg Berger, chair of Brownstein’s Corporate & Business Department. Etchebehere earned his JD and LLM from the University of San Francisco School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of California Santa Barbara.
