Brownstein’s Amy Diaz Appointed to Denver Convention Center Hotel Authority Board

April 4, 2019 - Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Shareholder Amy Diaz has been appointed to the board of directors of the Denver Convention Center Hotel Authority by Denver Mayor Michael Hancock. The board is responsible for owning, acquiring, constructing, equipping, operating and financing the Convention Center headquarters hotel on behalf of the city and its residents. Diaz manages complicated real estate deals for both developers and investors, providing strategic counsel on acquisitions and dispositions for commercial development and large-scale commercial leasing.
