Brownstein’s Julian Ellis Recognized as 2020 Up and Coming Lawyer by Law Week Colorado

October 15, 2020 - Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Julian Ellis, an associate in its Denver office, has been recognized as one of  Law Week Colorado’s 2020 Up and Coming Lawyers. Ellis was one of five attorneys selected by the publication for making a name in the first five years of his career. He is a seasoned litigator who represents a diverse group of sophisticated clients in commercial, political and public law matters in all phases of litigation.  Law Week Colorado recognized Ellis for his political and appellate work this year, which included challenging an emergency executive order before the Colorado Supreme Court, representing a state prisoner before the Tenth Circuit and filing a number of amicus briefs before the U.S. Supreme Court on issues such as the constitutionality of public camping measures, state laws on presidential electors and the structure of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
