Brownstein’s Nicole Ament Recognized as one of Bisnow’s Denver Power Women 2018

December 6, 2018 - Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that  Nicole Ament, chair of the firm’s Hospitality, Resort and Recreation Group, was honored at Bisnow’s Denver Power Women 2018 event. Bisnow’s Power Women initiative, held annually in many of its markets, celebrates women who are making a big impact on the business and commercial real estate industries and helping move their cities and communities forward. Nicole has more than 19 years of national experience working with complex real estate assets, specializing in land use, development, financing and disposition unique to real estate assets and portfolios. She has managed transactions in diverse industries including hotels, golf courses, ski areas, health care facilities, manufactured housing communities and athletic clubs. Nicole also has extensive experience within Colorado, leveraging her years of experience to assist regional and local clients with both large-scale single assets and challenging development issues. She was recognized with fellow honorees at the Four Seasons Hotel on Dec. 5.
