CCA Joined INCOMPAS in Filing FCC Comments in Opposition to USTelecom Petition for Reconsideration

The Cloud Communications Alliance joined INCOMPAS in filing FCC comments to maintain requirements that businesses and their voice service providers are immediately notified when their calls are being blocked. Immediate notification allows legitimate callers whose calls are erroneously blocked to contact the blocking entity and trigger FCC rules that require resolution of blocking disputes. The notification requirement is slated to take effect on January 2, 2022.
