Meredith Beuchaw’s NYC arrival adds to firm’s global M&A momentum in key market
New York – July 10, 2017 – Meredith Beuchaw has joined Cooley as a partner in the firm’s global mergers & acquisitions practice. Based in New York, she was previously a partner at Greenberg Traurig, where she represented a broad range of clients in the technology and innovation space. Beuchaw is a seasoned practitioner with respect to both strategic M&A and private equity investments, and her deep experience extends to corporate governance and management of portfolio companies. “Meredith has incredible sector relationships.
