Cooley Expands Private Equity Practice with World-Class Additions – Ron Hopkinson, Eric Schwartzman and Stephen Rosen

Ron Hopkinson joins in New York from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, where he was head of the firm's private equity group.
