Cooley Shortlisted for M&A Team of the Year at 2016 British Legal Awards

London – October 27, 2016 – Legal Week shortlisted Cooley for its M&A Team of the Year award in the mid-sized deal category for the 2016 British Legal Awards. Cooley is being considered for this accolade for advising SwiftKey on its sale to Microsoft. The winners will be announced on November 24. The British Legal Awards are the leading awards for the UK's thriving business law community acting as a showcase for the achievements of one of the country's most successful sectors.
