Cooley + Tech City UK Partner for Upscale 2017

London – January 26, 2017 – For the second year, Cooley is the legal partner for Tech City UK’s Upscale, a programme that will connect 30 UK-based startups with industry experts offering advice and guidance to help build out the businesses.
