BLUE BELL, PA, October 26, 2015 — CoreDial, LLC, a leading cloud communications software and services provider, announced today that Caitlin Clark-Zigmond has joined the company as Vice President of Product Management for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS). Working closely with CEO, Alan Rihm, and the executive team, Clark-Zigmond will be responsible for setting the product management direction for CoreDial’s innovative, private-labeled UCaaS services, including the award-winning cloud communications solution, SwitchConnex. The platform provides partners with an end-to-end solution allowing them to quickly and cost effectively sell, deliver, manage, and invoice for high quality offerings including hosted PBX, VoIP, SIP Trunking, and unified communications services. “Caitlin brings a proven background in product management related to UCaaS and the channel and will be an amazing addition to the CoreDial family,” said Alan Rihm, CEO, CoreDial. “Her deep and relevant background has prepared Caitlin to help us to continue to build great software and services geared toward enabling our channel partners to compete, win, and succeed long term.” Ms. Clark-Zigmond comes to CoreDial from Comcast Business, where she served as Senior Director of Product Management since 2013. Her core focus, among other responsibilities, was managing advanced voice solutions, specifically Comcast’s Business VoiceEdge platform. She also previously worked for companies such as unified communications wholesaler, New Global Telecom (NGT), and enterprise video provider, Level3.
