CoreDial to Integrate with ConnectWise to Streamline Partner Business Processes

CoreDial’s partner community to gain more efficiencies through API integration

BLUE BELL, Pa.--April 19, 2017-- CoreDial, LLC, a leading SaaS platform provider enabling channel delivery of cloud communications, today announced that it will offer an integration to ConnectWise Manage through its flagship SwitchConnex platform. The new integration allows CoreDial partners to leverage the customer relationship management (CRM) abilities of ConnectWise Manage professional services automation software used by MSPs in the telecom and IT support industries. This integration is free for CoreDial partners. This announcement was recently introduced to CoreDial partners at its PartnerConnex event in Philadelphia. CoreDial has made it easier for partners to invoice their customers and eliminate business friction by automating the exchange of data for customers, orders, invoices and products. Partners that do not use SwitchConnex for everything from quote to cash can leverage the new ConnectWise integration for quoting and billing instead. The integration allows partners to send billing and usage details to ConnectWise to unify and present their UC and non-UC services on a single invoice. This bi-directional API integration automates key business processes to accelerate sales and revenue and allow the partner to leverage both platforms to the best of their abilities. ConnectWise Manage integrates business process automation, help desk and customer service, sales, marketing, project management and business analytics. For sales and support employees, the screen-pop and click-to-call capabilities of ConnectWise save look-up time and speeds processing of customer orders and service requests. Partners also have access to actionable business intelligence data to assist in sales and marketing efforts and financial tracking information.
