CTI Group & KNet Technology to Announce Partnership into APAC Region

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – March 8, 2012 - CTI Group (Holdings) Inc. (OTCBB:CTIG), a leading developer of telecommunications solutions for fixed, mobile and converged communications, today announces the formalization of our entry into the Asia Pacific markets via a partnership with KNet Technology Pty Ltd of Australia.  KNet will serve as a CTIG's distribution and deployment partner in the region for the entire software portfolio of CTIG. KNet brings an extensive agent base and more than 20 years of business process outsourcing expertise to enhance CTIG solutions, deployments and service delivery. This experience positions KNet as the natural choice to allow CTIG to expand into the region. KNet will manage the promotion, sales, implementation and support aspects of CTI Group solutions sold in the region.
