DSTNY SWEDEN GROWS WITH NEW ACQUISITION

March 24, 2023 - Destiny Sweden AB (Dstny) has acquired part of the customer base for telephony services in the cloud from Lynes Technologies Sweden AB (Lynes). The agreement reflects the ambition of both companies to invest in development within their cloud service offerings. For Dstny, this means continuing to strengthen its position on the Swedish market while welcoming customers to an innovative organization that is constantly developing. The acquisition means that customers will remain in Dstny's exchange platform, where they can continue to use the functionality that is used today. The transition does not mean any change for customers when it comes to the platform, but instead they can feel secure that they will have access to Dstny's entire product portfolio. Dstny is pleased to welcome its new customers to a growing and innovative organization that owns its own switching solution. Dstny primarily invests in organic growth, but of course evaluates potential acquisitions at the right time. Dstny is a leading European provider of cloud-based business communication solutions. With more than 3 million users, Dstny simplifies communication for companies, partners and service providers with interactive tools delivered as a service in all formats, including voice, video and chat. Dstny's innovative technology and strong local partnerships have a mobile-first design and easy integration that enable it to deliver exceptional user experiences. Dstny is headquartered in Brussels and has approx. 1000 employees in 7 European countries and an annual turnover of approx. 250 million euros. Read more at   www.dstny.se.
