EmblaCom has today announced the launch of EmblaAgent as a cloud-hosted solution. The launch takes place in Europe and LAC, and builds on EmblaCom´s extensive experience of mobile PBX services in Nordics. EmblaAgent is an automated cloud-hosted mobile PBX solution. The solution provides operators´ business customers with a reliable outsourced service to handle all their incoming calls, on one unified number. This strengthens their company image while ensuring all calls are answered in a professional manner. Providing the mobile-PBX as a SaaS enables mobile operators´ fast time to market for launching new business services. With no initial investments needed from operators hosted delivery will let them focus on sales and marketing.
