Bertrand Pourcelot and Martin Classen to Share Insights on Industry Trends

Bertrand Pourcelot, CEO of Enreach for Service Providers and CCA Board Member, will moderate the panel discussion, “The Power of an Open Best of Breed Ecosystem Approach.” The session, scheduled for 1:45 pm on 17 June, will examine how service providers can leverage modular, interoperable technologies to deliver greater flexibility and customer value.
Later that afternoon, Martin Classen, Chief Product Officer at Enreach, will join the session “European SMBs Digital Transformation Maturity Level and AI Adoption.” The discussion will examine the pace at which small and medium-sized enterprises are adopting AI-powered communication tools and what this shift means for productivity and customer engagement across the region. The session will start at 2:30 pm.
