Evolve IP Adds Two Solutions Consultants To Enhance Partner Community Pedigree

Experienced UCaaS professionals join Evolve IP to strengthen technical expertise and deliver enhanced pre-sales support for global partners.

Cardiff, UK – September 23, 2025 – Leading cloud collaboration specialist, Evolve IP, has welcomed two additions to its solutions team, to further enhance its wider partner support pedigree.

Solution Consultants Tom Mellows and Dee Patel are pre-sales technical specialists, managing solutions – that integrate into the company’s renowned white label platform – and supporting the global sales team.

Tom benefits from over 15 years’ experience in managed services and brings a wealth of technical expertise and industry knowledge to the team.

He began his extensive career at a Cambridge-based MSP and has managed the full lifecycle of UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) products – from development and presales to technical implementation and ongoing support.

Big picture thinking

Tom explained: “I love this industry and joining Evolve IP represents the next step up the career ladder. I’m enjoying having an impact on the Solutions team, supporting Partner Managers in delivering best-in-class UCaaS solutions. Being part of delivering innovative new products to our partner ecosystem is very rewarding, focusing on leveraging emerging technologies such as Agentic AI to enhance our offerings.”

He has been joined by Dee Patel who has been working in the cloud technology space for almost two decades in telecoms, unified communications, and customer service.

“Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to work in a mix of technical, training, and leadership roles, which has given me a good balance of hands-on know-how and big-picture thinking,” he explained.

“These roles gave me a deep experience in customer service delivery, technical problem-solving, training new starters, managing performance, and keeping large teams productive and motivated. It’s where I learned the value of balancing operational efficiency with a positive, collaborative team culture.”

He concluded: “As a Solution Consultant, my role is all about bringing together the right mix of technology, expertise, and collaboration to deliver communications solutions that truly work for our customers.
