Evolve IP Expands Account Management Team

Cardiff, UK - October 10, 2023 - Fast-growing global collaboration provider, Evolve IP, has expanded its account management team across the UK with the appointment of Richard Howson to inspire further partner growth. The company’s latest Partner Account Manager provides dedicated day-to-day support across a range of key sales activities, to enhance and grow the company’s base of resellers by providing strategic white-label solutions and commercial guidance to themselves and their own customers. The 35-year-old is working alongside a team of wider specialists to offer the highest levels of customer management support. His objective is to ensure the Evolve IP product set is their preferred voice, contact centre and collaboration technology solution of choice. Impact Evolve IP has a Cardiff UK HQ and boasts an international carrier-grade platform. It specialises in securely integrating unified communications, collaboration tools, voice and omnichannel contact centre solutions into the cloud. Richard, from Cardiff, has been working in the ITC industry since leaving university. He explained: “Evolve IP is a closely knit operation that really cares about its customers. My role is to make a bigger day-to-day impact on our partners to ensure they have everything they need to grow, develop, and prosper.
