The company’s annual review paints a glowing picture of major deployments, expanded global reach, strengthened partnerships and impressive acceleration across all key vertical sectors.

Stronger Partnerships
That’s the view of Global Sales Director, Alex Finn, who said: “2025 was a momentous year, defined by major product deployments, expanded global reach and a revised company rebrand. We continue to build stronger partnerships and further growth across all core sectors.

New business platform licences rose 10% year-on-year, whilst the company achieved an impressive 8.33/10 partner survey rating.
New technology vendors and enhanced AI Integrations were also part of an accelerating product innovation roadmap, as Evolve IP’s expanded global reach increased from 56 to 59 countries. New strategic resellers were secured in the UK and US together with a large expansion in the Netherlands.
“2025 was a transformative year for our product and technology strategy,” Solutions Director, Scott Rixon, explained. “In just a few months, we onboarded new technologies, expanded partner capabilities and strengthened our ecosystem to create more opportunities than ever before for our reselling partners.”
Growth soared in the hospitality sector by 31%, financial 28%, automotive 21%, retail 18% and education 15%. Eight new products were launched alongside hundreds of platform updates and thousands of operational requests resolved. New business platform licences grew 10% year-on-year in addition to the major company brand refresh and a series of digital and in person partner events.
One of the company’s most significant milestones was joining forces with customer experience automation specialist, Talkdesk.
