FCC March 1 FCC filing deadlines

The FCC today released an advisory reminding telecom and interconnected VoIP providers that the annual CPNI certification must be filed on or before March 1.

Certifications may be filed using the FCC’s Electronic Comment Filing System or the FCC’s web-based application which can be found at http://apps.fcc.gov/eb/CPNI/. Instructions are provided at the website.

Also, due by March 1 is the FCC Form 477 -- Local Telephone Competition and Broadband Reporting.  For this filing, you are reporting data as of December 31, 2021 (and as a reminder using 2020 Census geography codes for this report).  More information can be found here:  Form 477 Resources | Federal Communications Commission (fcc.gov).
