Gamma closes the purchase of VozTelecom, the leading provider of cloud communications in Spain

VozTelecom has informed the market that the company Gamma Communications plc (“Gamma”), leader in communications services for the business segment operating in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, has closed the purchase of the VozTelecom Group.
The British company has acquired 94.90% of the capital of VozTelecom once the period of acceptance of the voluntary offer launched on February 18 has ended, acquiring a total of 4,355,461 shares of the Company for an amount of
19 , 2 million euros.
Gamma is a company listed on the AIM (London's alternative investment market), since 2014, which in the year 2019 registered an annual turnover of 375 million and an ebitda of 72 million euros. With this operation,
Gamma fulfills an important milestone in its expansion strategy in Europe, after identifying the Spanish market as key and after having carried out its first expansion operation with the purchase of DeanOne in the Netherlands at the end of 2018. ComyMedia and Nethits , two companies acquired in 2019 that have allowed VozTelecom to expand its presence and commercial capacity in the Basque Country and Andalusia. VozTelecom offers its services through a wide network of franchised service points and distributors, the channel being a competitive advantage of the company in a similar way to how Gamma operates in the United Kingdom.
