Gamma is a provider of complete business telephony solutions. Through its partnership with Microsoft, Gamma also offers the Operator Connect solution. This allows organizations to seamlessly add telephony to their Teams environment. Customers only need to select Gamma as operator and then assign phone numbers to Microsoft Teams users. Deployment and management are simple and user-friendly through the trusted Teams admin center. The contact center solution is fully in line with this. was one of the first contact center solutions to receive the 'Solution certified by Microsoft' certificate. uses the 'Extend Model' through full integration with Microsoft's Graph API. As with Operator Connect, number management is simple and user-friendly via the trusted Teams admin center. In this way, this solution ensures low infrastructure and management costs. Partners can offer these solutions to customers without the need for Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
