New capability removes regulatory complexity and delivers multinational growth opportunities for the channel

The new capability allows partners to support customers operating internationally without managing local regulation, number provisioning, or supplier fragmentation. Delivered through a tri party agreement between Gamma, the partner, and the end customer, Gamma assumes responsibility for regulatory and compliance requirements while the partner retains ownership of billing and the customer relationship.

As organisations expand beyond domestic markets, many partners have found Teams voice straightforward to deploy in the UK but complex to scale internationally. International Operator Connect removes that barrier, allowing partners to extend existing deployments into multiple countries using the same familiar Teams experience.

The service is supported by Gamma’s resilient global voice infrastructure alongside Microsoft’s collaboration platform, enabling partners to deliver consistent communications internationally while maintaining commercial control.
