Grandstream and Axinite Announce Integration of UCM Series with EasyTax

Grandstream's UCM Series IP PBXs are now integrated with EasyTax, providing a billing and hospitality solution that simplifies management of telephony usage data

Boston, MA - January 30, 2026 - Grandstream, connecting the world with award-winning unified communications and networking solutions since 2002, announced that its UCM6300 Series IP PBXs have been fully integrated with Axinite's EasyTax platform. This integration provides a powerful environment that centralizes telephony usage data to support billing management and hospitality solutions through HRS mode. 

The integration between the UCM6300 Series, UCM6300A Series, and EasyTax consists of two distinct but complementary mechanisms:

1. Real-time CDR Output for call logging, billing, and statistics

2. API-based PMS communication for room control and hotel management services.

The UCM sends Call Detail Records (CDRs) to EasyTax using a TCP connection. Once calls take place, the UCM Series transmits detailed information about each communication, including the caller, the recipient, duration, call direction, and the route or trunk used. EasyTax processes these records, classifies them, and applies the corresponding tariff tables to calculate the associated telephony cost. In HRS mode, EasyTax communicates directly with the UCM through Grandstream's PMS (Property Management System) API, enabling telephony features required in hotel or hospitality environments. These include opening and closing telephone lines for rooms at check-in or check-out, triggering wake-up calls, and configuring call forwarding rules for SDA/DDI assignment.
