Today, HP is unveiling the HP Poly Edge V Series Open SIP desk phones which are designed to deliver professional sound, helping employees communicate with confidence and total clarity. Plus, with security top of mind, the HP Poly Edge V Series offers built-in emergency features and trusted security giving those on the frontlines peace of mind.

Next-Gen Call Clarity with NoiseBlockAI

The HP Poly Edge V Series ensures high-quality sound and reduced background noise with its next-gen NoiseBlockAI technology. This technology enhances the experience for everyone on the call, even in loud office environments. This level of clarity is especially critical in frontline settings like healthcare, retail, and hospitality, where background noise and fast-paced environments can create frustration in moments where time and call clarity are critical.

Built-in Security

The HP Poly Edge V Series desk phones also include a Trusted Security Module (TSM) for enhanced hardware and data protection, helping IT teams protect data and device integrity throughout the phone lifecycle. This hardware-rooted approach helps safeguard communications while supporting secure deployment and IT management.

Frontline Support When It Matters Most

The HP Poly Edge V Series also includes built-in emergency functionality designed for speed and discretion. A programmable one-touch alert can silently place a call to a pre-set number, keeping the call hidden from the local interface to protect the user and those nearby. It is an added layer of confidence for offices, healthcare and education settings, and other frontline environments, where discreet calls for assistance from security or emergency services can be critical and time sensitive.

Scalable & Flexible Deployment

From corporate offices to home workspaces, the Edge V Series desk phones are scalable and adapt to different environments with flexible connectivity and deployment options. Select models include integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth®, enabling easier installation in locations where headset or mobile pairing is required. Plus, the HP Poly Voyager Series headsets are enabled for fast-pairing with the HP Poly Edge V Series phones and the HP Poly Mission Series headsets can easily be connected over USB. All models include at least one USB-C port for PC or headset connectivity.

Power options include PoE and USB-C configurations (model dependent), and expansion module support on V400 series and above, enabling attendant-style workflows where higher line visibility is required .

For IT teams, scalable deployment is streamlined through Poly Lens, provisioning servers, and Zero-Touch Provisioning options designed for service providers, making it easier to configure, monitor, and manage devices at scale.

The HP Poly Edge V Series Desk Phone portfolio is modern, intuitive, and purpose-built for professional communication, and includes the following models:

• Edge V200, V250, V250 Plus: Essential multi-line desk phones supporting up to 16 lines, with AI-powered audio and flexible mounting options. The V250 model and higher features a color screen.
• Edge V400, V450: 8-line key models supporting up to 32 lines, with expansion module support; V450 includes integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth®.
• Edge V650: 14-line key models supporting up to 44 lines, with dual-display configuration, expanded line visibility, and support for one expansion module, includes integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth®.
• Edge V800, V850: Premium models with large 5-inch displays, support for up to two expansion modules, and advanced manageability for executive and high-volume environments. The V850 offers an 18- line display supporting up to 60 lines in total, and includes integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth®.

The HP Poly Edge V Series Phones are Energy Star compliant, TCO Certified and built with sustainability in mind, incorporating at least 35% recycled plastics and packaging.[ii]
